RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Warranty information

B3 offers a 1 year manufacturer’s defect warranty which covers the following provided the damage occurs within the confines of normal use.  I.e. Lightest touch LARP fighting.   The list of covered instances includes but is not limited too:

  • Broken cores

  • Torn sleeves

  • Torn foam cross guards, axe heads, pommels.

  • Coating delamination or cracking

If your weapon breaks due to one or more of the instances above, we will repair or replace the weapon free of charge.

Foam wear and tear

One thing that is not covered is normal wear and tear on the foam.  Foam blade lifespan is dependent on numerous factors including:

  • How aggressively the weapon is used.  If you hit hard the foam will wear out faster

  • The type or shape of the blade. A thinner flat blade will wear out faster than a round blade.

  • How it is stored when not in use.  Laying hard or heavy objects on your weapon will cause dents and possibly make the weapon unsafe.

  • What type of LARP environment it is used.  A weapon used in an unarmored combat LARP will generally last longer than one used in heavy armored combat.
